Halloween

This year we took a whole gang of kiddos out to Trick or Treat.
Mom and dad, Ben and Austin, Me, Ric, Cherie and Owen, and my friend Meg and her daughter Ciani. The kids had a blast. We took them all out to dinner at Cici's pizza and then we went to Prestonwood, till the kids couldnt handle it any more.

Silly Sock Day

Cherie's class is studying the Letter S so today was their SILLY SOCK PARADE. Each kid spent the week decorating a pair of socks. This was how Cherie was dressed when she left thehouse this morning. :)

Summer update

Owen's fun word for the summer was NOGGLES. I loved it.





Cherie loves school so much! She really enjoyed the extra month the Pre K kids get. Plus she got to ride the school bus. She loved the bus!!!





And lots of summer fun in the sun. Cherie's friend Jilly came over for a day of slip n slide and water balloons.

Cheries First Day of Kindergarten

Well it's official she is all grown up. Seems like yesterday she was our little Smushy. She went through several outfit changes and decided on this one.

Liz and Johnny's Wedding

Wish everyone could've been there for Lizzie and Johnny's wedding. It was a very lovely ceremony. Liz looked stunningly beautiful. Johnny looked pretty good too! The party afterward was fun. About 50 people came, friends from work, choir and their Friday night group.

The Readings in America

Does anyone have a good copy of that book? We need to scan that soon so the information can never be lost. I don't have a copy, but would love for someone to email me a scan of it.

I got engaged on Friday! I'm getting married! The wedding will probably be later this year around September or November or something.

Welcome to the World, Jade!

Congratulations to David and Renae! Jade Elizabeth Sanford was born at 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 20, a month early! Six pounds, 7 ounces, 19-3/4" tall/long. Mom and baby are doing great. David's okay too! Thanks to Auntie Jillian for taking care of Jade's siblings!

Hey, I just learned how to start a blog. We can do this instead of myfamily.com--not nearly as irritating! I will struggle to figure out what I'm doing, but it will be fun. First I have to figure out how to invite people. We can keep in touch with each other (which doesn't seem to be a problem) and aunts, uncles, cousins and whoever else we want!
Start digging for pictures. Annie, how about those beautiful shots of Mom?
